The Authority meets twice yearly, once in January and once in July. The meetings are held in the Henkelman Room of the Albright Memorial Library. Per the Sunshine Act, the meetings are advertised in the legal notices section of the Scranton Times-Tribune. The meetings are open to the public, and comments and questions are welcome.
